Reports to: Regional Sales Director / Managing Director

 

Purpose of the Job
To generate sales from a portfolio of accounts in accordance with agreed targets and to maximize company profitability with the sales area of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities
• Research & Prepare an annual Go-To-Market plan that meets the company strategy for the sales area and meets annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized in the area, maximizing the company’s share of talent sourcing spend / client.
• Generate Sales for a portfolio of clients to achieve annual sales targets
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of clients and identify new potential clients within the allocated sales area
• Monitor feedback from clients to measure their satisfaction with company products and services
• Provide clients and potential clients within the allocated sales area with information about the company products and services.
• Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in sales generation and product development.
• Maintain an accurate account of communication and continuously update client files and milestones, using the online sales platform chosen by the company.
• Assist in the development of sales and marketing literature and associated documents to improve the marketing of the company and its products.
• Work with the Sales Administrator to direct their efforts towards the right target market research, as per the go-to-market plan.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Lebanese Male or Female
• A University Degree in a Business Discipline such as Marketing, Business Management, etc…
• At least 2 to 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to understand the technology upon which the company products and services are built
• Excellent communications, presentation and sales skills
• A proven sales record, preferably in a service based environment, ideally in a dotcom organization
• A self starter with an entrepreneurial character who is able to create plans and execute them with a company strategy.
• Objective Oriented & Results Focused
• Excellent time management capability
• Persistent, resourceful, problem solver
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Must have own car
