For our newly established offices in Beirut, Lebanon, Crane & Hammer is looking for a Contracts Manager, to coordinate the installation of company products and systems to ensure that the company meets its contractual obligations to the customers' complete satisfaction.

Main responsibilities
1. Plan the installation of products and services to ensure that these are completed to the required standards and within the agreed timescale.
2. Inspect completed installations to ensure that these have been undertaken to the required standards.
3. Maintain regular contact with installers and subcontractors to ensure that they are appropriately trained and carry out contract work to the required standards.
4. Respond to any customer complaints to ensure that these are dealt with speedily and effectively.
5. Monitor all installation costs to ensure that these are within agreed budget limits.
6. Discuss product enhancements and potential variations to the contract with customers to maximize sales revenue.
7. Maintain all necessary records to ensure the effective monitoring of contracts.

. Qualifications equivalent to ONC, NVQ level III;
. At least 5 years' experience of managing contracts;
. Thorough knowledge of processes and procedures in a Construction Management environment;
. Good communication skills;
. Good analytical skills;
. Good negotiation skills.
