The Operations Managers candidates must possess:

a- solid and proven experience in managing multiple projects,

b- have managed project directors/managers successfully

c- strong personality and leadership skills,

d- good command of the English language - written and spoken,

e- have worked for international EPC contractors before,

f- have filled a position of Operations Manager or equivalent within an EPC environment before,

g- have relevant experience in the above stated fields of expertise,

h- have performed at such level previously, and

i- are conversant in business development, proposals, planning, cost control and contract administration.
