Our Client an MNC Company specialized in Glass Product Manufacturing is looking to hire a Finance Manager for its UAE Operations.

Purpose of the Job
Ensure that all financial, accounting and sales administration activities are effectively carried out and conform to national, international legal regulations and accounting standards as well as group guidelines in order to assist in the establishment of a strong international trading company; furthermore ensure that all IT needs are timely satisfied and that effective IT solutions that improve operational efficiency are provided.

Principal Accountabilities
• Manage and control the financial activities in order to ensure conformity with company guidelines, national & international legal regulations and accounting standards in all different countries that the company supports.
• Coordinate and prepare the annual budget proposal, facilitate the operational & financial commitments of the company by monitoring the results and proposing corrective action whenever needed.
• Coordinate the preparation of the monthly report, so as to provide timely, accurate financial analysis information and support the decision making of the management team.
• Analyze general financial statements, the balance sheet, profit and loss report, income statements and cash flow.
• Contact 3PL & MSP providers and supervise their performance metrics in an effort to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage on a daily basis workload allocation so as to ensure the proper completion of administration work.
• Support and facilitate the development of the department’s staff by identifying their needs and by following up the implementation of respective training programs.
• Provide accurate and timely performance analysis of the various sales offices and cost centers of the company contributing to the rational decision making.
• Exercise the values of the company on a day to day basis, in order to perform & develop the requested skills and competencies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Finance  or Economics degree
• MBA will be an asset
• At least 7 to 10 years of working experience in the finance area, preferably in a multinational trading or commercial company
• Ideally the working experience can be in a manufacturing, automotive company of similar nature
• Local tax legislation knowledge
