Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly growing and energetic organization. Your predominant role will be
to support the directors of EMLC by managing their work by relieving them of administrative tasks and managing project delivery.  The outcomes will be support, management, and coordinating of the Dubai office and EMLC.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Statements of Work in delivery project schedules and manage coordination/accountability systems for EMLC delivery to clients.
  • Produce client proposals, briefing papers, reports, presentations and Statements of Works
  • Manage Administration and Logistics aspect of workshops and retreats carried out by EMLC.
  • Organise meetings and ensure the directors are well prepared for meetings.
  • Manage diary of appointments, client interactions and other activities - provide files and documentation for such activities.
  • Manage Contacts files.
  • Devise and maintain office systems to organize client files, thought leadership and research (soft and hard copy).
  • Manage Petty Cash, create expense reports and record office expenditures
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Maintain the operation and condition of the office including Petty Cash, Office Subscriptions, coordination with DMC, and procurement of office supplies efficiently.
  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries, and requests; and handle as appropriate.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, other external parties (PRO, etc.) and other staff.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A fun and engaging personality
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Preferably a holder of a bachelor’s degree
  • 7 to 10 years experience as Office Manager/PA/Executive Assistant at the director level
  • Extensive application knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
