Role Purpose:
The President F&B is responsible for leading the Food and Beverage division. He/she develops strategic plans to advance the division’s mission and objectives and to grow business profitability. He/she oversees F&B operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.

Key Accountabilities

• Plans, develops and implements strategies for generating resources and revenues for the company.
• Enlarges and strengthens the brands’ portfolio through identification of potential brands, acquisitions and merger opportunities, as well as directs implementation activities.
• Approves and ensures F&B operational procedures and policies in terms of health, safety and quality standards are maintained across the outlets.
• Analyses F&B reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives.
• Evaluates performance of F&B Brand Managers and F&B Executives for compliance with established policies and objectives.
• Effectively manages the Human Resources of the division according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
• Prepares the annual budget and business plan of the department.
• Leads and guides the profitable development of the division in terms of existing and future brands, business in the Middle East through expansion, new concepts, margin improvement and implementation planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
  HACCP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which 7 in a leadership role for a large F&B division or company.
• Strong understanding of financial/accounting systems and procedures.
  Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English. Arabic and French are a major plus.
