As Sales Director this individual will plan, direct and execute a sales strategy which will monetize the current company portfolio as well as further enhance the eruption of the company both regionally and internationally.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• The implementation of a best in class sales process.
• The developing of a workable schedule and budget for assigning resources to the activities required to achieve the sales of all product within a time frame of two years.
• The recruitment of a select team of highly skilled Sales Managers / Advisors.
• Leading, coordination and managing all direct reports.
• Working closely with the Marketing team in order to identify and target potential investors both regionally and internationally.
  
  

• The suitable individual  will possess a proven track record in real estate sales within the Middle East or international market place.

• This person will have implemented and managed robust sales process that has attracted investors from both regional and international market place. This will include individual and institutional investors.

• He or she will be a person who has the necessary experience required to implement the highest standards of governance and will be fully versed with all aspects of the sales process as s the individual will be acting in the capacity of client representative it is imperative that all candidates possess the well rounded nature required to lead the Sales department of a business as high profile as The company.  

• It is imperative that this individual can demonstrate the “can do” attitude that is associated with The company. This person will be motivated to assume this role due to the opportunity it presents to deliver a world class product.
• Bachelors / Masters in Business Admin or relevant fields of expertise
• 10 years of experiences in Sales, preferably in property and real estate industry.
• Bilingual Arabic / English
