Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established, multinational company and a rapidly growing and energetic organization. Your predominant role will be to support the Managing Director of Stanton Chase International by managing his Business Development Agenda, by actively working to research the market, identify opportunities and engage senior level executives and put the MD in front of qualified client facing opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Market Research by using various available resources to understand markets and market development opportunities.
  • Identify and Engage senior managers / directors / executives at potential client organizations and arrange for qualified business development, marketing and sales opportunities. 
  • Create and execute integrated business development processes that develop sales and revenue generating opportunities
  • Organise meetings and ensure the Managing Director is well prepared for  meetings.
  • Manage appointments, client interactions and follow up activities.
  • Create marketing programs, and work with the Marketing Manager to ensure a successful execution of events and activities that serve as beach-heads to further business development. 
  • Generaly assist the Business Developement and Sales activity of the Managing Director to keep him engaged in Client Facing opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent English business writing ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured way and create structure at work
  • Initiative taking as a self-starter with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to take control and responsibility willingly
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Preferably a holder of a bachelor’s degree with specialization in a business discipline
  • 8 to 12 years of total experience with at least 3 in a sales / business development capacity
  • Proven track record in successful sales and business development support
  • Knowledge of sound marketing principles
  • Strong customer service skills and an ability to create immediate rapport
  • Extensive application knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic would be a plus, but not required
  • A strong sense of urgency and quick to action
