- Answers users' inquiries (in person and via phone) regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems 
- Follow the standard Help desk operating procedures; accurately log all Help Desk call and their progress details 
- Troubleshoot computer problems through phone and by using available tools to control user PC remotely 
- Create new computer accounts and groups 
- Generate monthly report/chart/statistics of calls 
- Respond to questions from callers and walk-ins as well as remotely assisting Hospital users with IT technology problems 

- Bachelor degree or higher diploma in IT or related field 
- Diploma with 2 years experience in IT related field 
- Microsoft (MCSE), Cisco, ITEL, ICDL and other relevant professional certifications are highly preferable. 
- English as well as arabic fluency 
- Experience in Healthcare industry is a must.
