• Spend 60% of time in market, visiting the market regularly to check the brand’s performance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategy; build and lead the team to deliver the business results.
• Prepare the annual plans and the financial budgets.
• Supervise the local distributor activity by working with the owners and the sales force.
• Ensure monthly and annual distribution and sales targets are met, monitoring financials periodically.
• Track competition and market development and adapt plans quickly & effectively.
• Ensure proper use and management of POS Material; maintain POS material in the market.
• Recommends and implements innovative solutions, ideas and processes for better sales results.
• To ensure competence and motivation of the entire team, through feedback & coaching
• To respond proactively to competition & market developments.
• Establish a strong and effective relationship with the local distributor.
• Implement the annual ATL, BTL and other marketing activities, as well as sales plans, and drive the team.
• Ensures that the teams run and are managed effectively.
• Evaluates direct reports on set periodic basis using the company performance system.
• Train people in order to get them to the desired performance levels.
